Out at The Mother's tonight, with the intent of achieving Serious, Work-Related Things What Are Serious And Important... so far all that's really happened is I've kicked Littlest Sister's arse at badminton and made a cup of tea.

I've introduced The Mother to Life as I'm finally on the second season and thus willing to lend her the season 1 DVDs. Yes, I'm slow getting around to some things. It's usually worth the wait though. She's well and truly hooked - and apparently, so is one of the Cats. Ginger tabby Dougie apparently doesn't like the series, but doesn't like not snuggling on The Mother's lap while she's watching it. We think it's a sleeper case of ginger solidarity. Hee.

And on that note, gotta go - dinner :D
