my cause is noble/my power is pure
May. 7th, 2010 12:18 amWatching the election results on the BBC. Aside from wanting to throttle the idiot commentators "It's too early to call anything, really, I think" - minutes after the polls have closed.
So far we have three Labour holds in three safe Labour seats and stirrings of scandals of voters being turned away from polling stations and other polling stations being ill-equipped to deal with "such a high turnout from the electorate". We're STILL talking less than 2/3 turnout, for crying out loud, and The Fuckwits In Charge are crying out that's too many people for them to handle?
*whinebitchrant*
Windows Media Player is blessedly bringing the lulz. In the last ten minutes I've listened to the delightful megalomania of Handlebars and I'm currently bopping to We Didn't Start The Fire.
God, wouldn't it be great if Brown and his little clique were actually voted out tonight. And everyone else in various seats of power. SHAKE IT UP, I SAY.
