I'd say something to the effect that I'm not dead, really, but it kind of feels like I am. Got back from Munich very late last Wednesday night, and it was my mum's birthday/party over the weekend, and of course work is still mental, so I haven't really stopped yet.

Fandom-wise, I'm still procrastinating various Big Bang challenges like there's no tomorrow, although in my defence, I am tasked with making art for a frigging epic length fic for bau_bigbang - oh, who am I kidding, it's a novel they've written! Also, explodedpen and I have been having trouble syncing computer time to start debating ideas for the startrekbigbang.

I've got absolutely no excuse for sgabigbang though. I've started writing outlines for specific scenes and sequences, but not much beyond that at the moment. It doesn't help that I have almost no desire to watch the fifth season at all. My betas may find some very whiny detail-demanding emails in their inboxes in the near future. Just warnin' y'all :)

If anybody is free sometime in the next couple of weeks to join me in marathoning some SGA for (chiefly) research purposes, I could do with the encouragement. And the poking. And the flat out demands I sit down, shut up and watch. Why can't explodedpen be on the south coast when you damn well need her?

Yeah, I'm done whining.

If I had internets at my new place already, I'd say let's do the SGA thing.
If I get it fast (in two weeks or so) I might still do that. Keep your fingers crossed. :)

*dutifully crosses fingers* Basically I need more people in RL who watch SGA, of which I have a grand total of zero. Woe is my life ;)

Sounds like you've been making steady progress for the SGA big bang though, which is brilliant. If there's still anything you'd like me to take a look at, let me know. I can't promise anything like a fast turn around at the moment, but I'll see what I can do :)
