"Two Men & a Motorbike" series by inell. (Scroll right down for the first part) Takes place during the movie's timespan.
Running by blcwriter. First in a series. Gen leading into (pre) slash.
More Things in Heaven and Earth by blcwriter. Another first in a series, and with some superb characterisation all around.
No-Win Scenario by anne_higgins. Epic and like a rollercoaster. Fills in some of the gaps in the movie, and then some.
The Serendipity Effect by Green (link goes to Dreamwidth). Jim's consciousness gets stuck in Bones' head.
Battle Drills and The Shuttle Incident by syredronning. Gen, Bones (and Jim) during the missing Academy years.
Sooner or Later by r_becca. Summary: "Jim can wait for a good thing if he has to."
