Of House and houses and oh my!

The third season boxset of House arrived this morning *grins*

Also had a long chat with Mummy Dearest about the new house... she makes it sound tiny... at least until she got to the attic (aka my room... I have a room, how novel, lol), which has been described as the length and width of the whole house, with enough space for her work stuff, and a decent bedroom sized area for me, with "more powerpoints than the rest of the house put together". If that's not a blatant invitation to take my speakers back with me in December, I don't know what is!

Also had I not woken up in pain (*hugs painkillers protectively*) I would have written my short paper this morning. Off to do that now...

I'm ripping the House DVDs already ;) Have to finish T'eyla's Christmas present, after all, lol

*takes cookie* Well, I've not passed out (probably because I took the painkillers as early as I did), so I'm going to be fine in a few days :)

oh dear, don't remind me of Christmas, pleeeeaaaase! I haven't even thought about presents yet. I will soooo lose this year. *gg*

Oops ^^. Well, I've started buying some, but I'm also cheating and making presents for other people. Costs less that way, and they don't seem to mind ;)

Nah, I'm supposed to be writing an essay then ;)
Besides, if I spread everything out over a month or so, then it's harder to get panicky at the amounts of money I'm spending on people when I'm a poor uni student! ;)
