Hmm...

Went to look at the cottage this afternoon, and it is seriously tiny. I don't think there's any point in there that Brother, who is some 6'5", would be able to stand straight. The staircases were kinda cool though, in a this-place-was-built-for-midget-fishermen sense. The kitchen was the biggest turn off though; there just wasn't enough space - for anything, let alone actually being able to prepare and cook food.

Ah well. One down, the rest of a three-mile radius left to go... ;)
