I don't think it's any huge secret that I'm scared about starting this course tomorrow. It's something new, and it's huge and I could make a spectacular arse of myself in the process.

On the other hand I know from experience that once I get there I will be fine, I will get through (hopefully) everything without total personal humiliation and I may even get to enjoy myself.

This hasn't stopped me being unable to re-read the course preparation material without feeling sick, and I just know I'm not going to sleep tonight. I'm even writing fic, that's how bad things are right now.
