Well, not really. Maybe a little. But this is seriously the last time I decide I'm going to make someone's birthday present instead of finding something on Amazon/play.com and getting it delivered. Yes, explodedpen, I much prefer your tactics, and would both happily and readily employ them if I hadn't already committed myself to writing your present.

And just so you know, I've written an entire scene of the Top Sekrit Bunneh I told you about last night/the night before/whenever we last spoke. And also just to you know, not only has t_eyla agreed to beta it, and thus make it shiny and golden in your eyes, she's also landed herself with the job of holding my hand throughout the entire process, because I'm still not entirely convinced I'm any better than that other writer of fanfiction who makes cameos in our conversations every now and again. Just for the record, I have never, nor do I ever intend to use the phrase "secret place" as a euphenism for ANYTHING, but... well. Also, given my propensity to spawn novel length bunnies of any genre and fandom, this particular one probably doesn't stand much of a chance.

But we'll see. Your birthday's in April, right? ;)
